This document serves to provide a means to keep track of and audit MDRRMO equipment. 

The MDRRMO is mandated to provide support including use of equipment in relevant DRRM situations.

Loaning equipment can play a crucial role in building community resilience in several ways:

1. Resource Sharing: By loaning equipment, communities can share resources, reducing the need for individuals or organizations to invest in expensive tools that may only be used occasionally. This creates a sense of cooperation and collective responsibility.
2. Accessibility: Access to equipment can enable individuals and groups to participate in activities or projects they might not otherwise have the means for. This inclusivity helps to strengthen community bonds and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from communal efforts.

4. Emergency Response: In times of crisis, having equipment readily available can significantly enhance a community’s ability to respond effectively. For example, loaning equipment such as generators, medical supplies, or construction tools can help with disaster recovery efforts.
